Oh Harry, he once again shows that he mostly doesn't think further than the immediate situation. Of course Draco is not welcome in Hogsmeade, and I am glad tht he is not too proud to tell Harry of his situation. I am somehow sure that Draco does not live in Malfoy Manor any longer, even though the owls might reach him through his mother.

Maybe he lives on the grounds? In a gardenhouse or so?
