When the silence that stretched between them became uncomfortable, Harry muttered a curse, scooped AJ up from the floor, and left Malfoy behind in the lounge. He returned to the kitchen and settled AJ into the baby seat at the table. Harry drew his wand and flicked it to and fro, repairing the damage his temperamental magic had caused earlier or disposing of items that were beyond fixing.
The resemblance of the kitchen to the state of his marriage was not lost on Harry. It remained to be seen if there was any hope of repairing his relationship with Malfoy.
