Summary: Higgins draws first blood.
"My client fears that Mr Potter may not make a good parent," said Higgins. "As you are no doubt aware, Mr Potter's own childhood was less than ideal. Clearly, that was through no fault of his own, but his upbringing may have a negative effect on his ability to raise a child."
Harry could feel his magic coiling within him, and he fought to calm himself. There was no need to add fuel to the fire that Higgins was lighting.
"There is also the matter of Mr Potter's admission to St Mungo's after he ingested a suspicious poison," Higgins added.
