Summary: Potter makes plans that don’t include Draco.
“Now that your mother is here,” said Potter, “I’m going to visit Hermione and Ron. I’ll take my mobile. If your mum has to leave or if you need anything, ring me.”
It didn’t take a genius to realize that Potter was excited at the prospect of getting out of the house. Draco squelched his automatic annoyance. If their situations were reversed, he would have seized the opportunity to step out for awhile, too.
“We’ll be fine,” Draco said, purposefully including himself in that statement. “With luck, AJ will be ready for a snooze by the time Livvie wakes up.”
