"I have no food allergies," said Malfoy. "You'll have to experiment with poison if you wish to be rid of me."
"That's nothing to joke about," Harry said tightly. Malfoy's off the cuff comment reminded him uncomfortably of his own bout with poison.
Malfoy heaved a sigh, sounding disappointed that Harry hadn't found him amusing, and he began to clear the table.
Harry gritted his teeth and offered an olive branch. "Why don't you take AJ into the lounge, while I clean up in here?"
Malfoy appeared astonished, but he recovered quickly. "Sure, I can do that. Come along, AJ."
