Summary: Malfoy is late getting home.



Harry was sound asleep when a minor disturbance in the wards caused him to transition immediately to full wakefulness. He sat up in bed, belatedly realizing that Malfoy had returned from the Manor. Harry glanced at his clock and frowned. As late as it was, he was surprised Malfoy hadn't spent the night with his mother.

Harry yawned and settled back against his pillows, hoping to fall asleep again quickly. In another hour or so, AJ would wake up fussing and needing to be changed. Harry's eyes popped open once more when he heard a soft knock at his door.
