While Harry was feeding AJ his breakfast, Malfoy set his own cutlery aside and cleared his throat. Harry turned to look at him.
"I would like to take AJ to visit Mum today."
Hearing that caused an anxious flutter in Harry's stomach, but he forced himself to remain calm. Malfoy would never harm AJ, and neither would Narcissa. Harry considered what he could accomplish with a free afternoon.
To Malfoy's credit, he said nothing more while Harry mulled over his request.
Harry spooned another bit of porridge into AJ's mouth. "I expect you to return with him by dinner time."
