Summary: Things seem less dire in the morning.
By the time morning arrived, Harry awoke feeling more mellow than he had the night before when his thoughts about Malfoy had been dark and angry. He needed to remember that Malfoy wasn't the enemy. If so, Harry wouldn't have named him as AJ's guardian. They were never going to be friends, but they were certainly partners. In that respect, their relationship wasn't much different than being paired with another student in Potions.
AJ began to fuss from his nursery next to Harry's room.
Harry sat up and put his glasses on. "Sounds like someone is hungry for his potion."
