Summary: Draco's ire dissolves.
In only a few moments, Potter deposited a still fussing Livvie in Draco's arms. Draco's ire melted away as he beheld his precious daughter.
"It's not just physical," Potter said quietly. "Caring for a newborn is a mental and emotional strain, too." He turned and walked out before Draco could respond.
Draco began to gently rock the chair. He smoothed his fingers over the baby's fine hair and crooned snippets of a lullaby to her. She quieted, although her tiny face remained scrunched and irritable.
"I know you're hungry," Draco whispered. "No worries. Your father is getting you a bottle."
