Potter regarded Draco for a long moment. His expression seemed sober, almost somber, as if he'd been asked to go to war again.
Draco squelched his annoyance and disappointment. "If you'd rather not bring AJ here, that's fine." He turned his attention to Livvie and heard Potter sigh.
"Acting like a normal, happy family isn't going to make us normal. Or happy."
Draco swallowed around the lump in his throat. He sometimes forgot that Potter had married him against his will, but it was painfully obvious that Potter had not forgotten that fact. Nor had he forgiven Draco for it.
