Draco tried to lighten the mood. "I didn't come here just to talk," he said. "You promised me dinner. May I help with anything?"
"No, everything is ready," Potter replied. "I didn't know what may trigger your nausea, so I made spaghetti with a vegetarian marinara. There's salad and breadsticks, too."
"That sounds good, and it smells good, too," said Draco. He followed Potter into the cozy kitchen and took a seat at the table. He wanted to apologize for their last row, but Draco was afraid if he brought it up, it might prod Potter's temper all over again.
