Draco got up at dawn to use the loo. He nibbled on a digestive biscuit, hoping to stave off morning sickness. He lay in bed and watched the items in his bedroom gradually come into focus as the sun rose.
Giving up on sleep, Draco threw the covers back and used the bathroom again. As he was getting dressed, he felt a tiny flutter in his abdomen. Draco caught his breath. Was it the baby, or just his system? Excited now, he finished dressing and left his suite. With luck, his mum would be awake, and he could ask her.
