Summary: Harry finds a home that appeals to him.
After viewing three different houses, Harry was ready for a break. Only one of the houses appealed to him. It was a large, Tudor style home on several acres of land. It was partially wooded and featured a fantastic garden.
Its most appealing feature, however, was the fact that the first floor, where the bedrooms were located, was divided into two separate wings. Each wing had four bedrooms and two full baths. To Harry, it represented some small measure of privacy and independence. He and AJ could occupy one wing, while Malfoy could occupy the other.
Now to convince Malfoy.
