Malfoy's mouth fell open, and he literally sputtered before he managed to say, "Your mind cannot still be tied up with the belief that she poisoned you!"
"Do you think I poisoned myself?" Harry growled. AJ began to cry, and he soothed him absently.
Malfoy quartered away from him. "I did, yes."
Harry had known it, but the admission still infuriated him. "There is no way that I would have deliberately harmed the baby!" he snapped. "In spite of the circumstances of his conception, I loved and wanted him. Had I intended to kill someone, it would have been you."
