After putting the dishes away in the kitchen, Harry returned to the foyer to pick up one of the boxes full of items he'd marked for the bedroom. As he was passing the dining room, he heard Mrs Malfoy say, "A table for twelve will do nicely. This room is the perfect size to host dinner parties."
Harry rolled his eyes and headed for the staircase. He and Malfoy would not be hosting any gala events in this house. Why bother, when they could barely tolerate being in the same room together for more than half an hour or so?
