Harry settled for making scrambled eggs with shredded cheese. He spooned some onto a plate for Malfoy and dumped the rest on his own plate. Harry set a stack of toast between them, poured some juice, and sat down to eat.
"Thank you."
Harry glanced up. "Pardon?"
"Thank you for making breakfast for me," Malfoy muttered before taking a bite.
"I was making some for myself anyway," Harry mumbled in response. This was getting awkward. "Is there anything you're peckish for? I can add it to my list for the grocer's."
"This is terribly cliche, but I want ice cream."
