Harry's jaw clenched. "I am not trying to get rid of you," he gritted. "I simply asked if you wished to go out with your friends."
Malfoy sighed. "My apologies, Potter," he said stiffly. "I am not used to being cooped up like this."
"Which is why I suggested you meet some of your friends."
"Maybe I will," Malfoy said as he stood up. He approached, and Harry tensed, but Malfoy settled for stroking his fingers lightly over AJ's head. Malfoy raised his eyes to meet Harry's.
"You truly don't mind if I go out?"
"Just stay away from Parkinson."
