Malfoy closed his eyes, drew in a deep breath, and exhaled slowly. "Forgive me," he said. "I've been worried about Mum, and I'm overtired."
Harry blinked at the apology then turned back to the dishes. "That's why you need to take better care of yourself," he said gruffly, willing to let go of the argument. He couldn't fail to see how exhausted Malfoy was, and there was no sense adding to his stress.
To change the subject, Harry asked, "Are you hungry?"
"I am somewhat peckish, yes."
"Why don't you change into pyjamas while I fix you something to eat?"
