Draco discreetly swiped at his eyes. If there was any justice in the world, Potter wouldn't notice.
"What's wrong?"
Without looking up, Draco mumbled a reply. "I'm tired and moody."
His remark was met with a short beat of silence before Potter spoke again. "Go on up to bed and get some sleep. I'll clean the kitchen."
Draco had been lying about being tired, but he decided a strategic retreat was in order. At least Potter had given him a graceful out. He rose from the table and shuffled toward the doorway. There, Draco paused and glanced back. "Good night."
