Harry was surprised when Malfoy asked whom he'd designated as AJ's guardian. He'd made what he thought was the obvious choice.
"I named you as his guardian," said Harry. "You're his father."
"Oh, ah, thank you," Malfoy stammered. He cleared his throat. "What time is it?"
Harry was glad for the change of subject. "It's time for me to change AJ's nappy," he replied, "and then I'll start making dinner."
"It's that late?"
Harry nodded before adding, "If you'd like to rest some more, I'll wake you for dinner."
"No, you take care of AJ," said Malfoy. "I'll start dinner."
