Draco went to avail himself of the downstairs loo while Potter moved the babies into the kitchen. When Draco entered the kitchen a few moments later, Potter turned to him with a knife in one hand and a spatula in the other.
"Choose your weapon."
"Sorry?"
"Do you want to flip hamburgers or slice tomatoes?"
"I'll slice the tomatoes," said Draco. He accepted the knife and stood at the counter, slicing the plump, red tomatoes. The burgers were already sizzling on the cooker, and Potter flipped them expertly.
"Would you like cheese on yours?"
"Yes, please."
