Summary: So much for trying to make conversation
In an attempt to engage Weasley in conversation, Draco cleared his throat and asked, “What made you tough, Weas, uh, Ronald?”
Weasley appeared to give the question serious consideration. “Having older brothers, first of all,” he replied, “and camping in the Forest of Dean for weeks made all three of us tough.”
Granger returned to the lounge just then and said, “That was a nightmare. I haven’t wanted to go camping since. What about you, Harry?”
“I think we all met our camping quota that year,” Potter replied. An uncomfortable silence ensued.
Draco began to regret bringing up the subject.
