Dinner was proceeding smoothly until a suspicious smell emanated from AJ’s direction.
Potter turned a mock scowl on their son. “Are you the cause of that stench, young man?”
AJ babbled a reply and waved his arms about.
“He looks innocent, mate,” Weasley commented. “Are you sure it wasn’t you?”
Granger rolled her eyes. “He’s laughing just like you do when you break wind, Ronald.”
“Mine involve more thunder,” countered Weasley. He and Potter both laughed while Granger huffed at their antics.
Draco pushed his chair back. “I’ll change his nappy.”
“I’ve got it,” said Potter. “You finish your dinner.”
