“You can meet ‘my broom people’ or you can top me,” Draco snapped.
“Aw, don’t be like that, Draco. Lemme gloat a little.” Harry tried to offer a sexy smile. Draco wasn’t mollified.
“Bet you’d gloat if you’d won,” Harry suggested.
“Nonsense,” Draco retorted, but he was a lot closer to smiling. “When do I ever win against you?” Draco looked sour again, and Harry couldn't have that.
“You beat me to those biscuits earlier,” Harry teased. “In the teacher’s lounge.”
Draco raised one eyebrow.
“And you beat me in that Witch Weekly contest.”
“Handsomest bachelor,” Draco agreed, looking sunnier.

“I’m the better teacher,” Draco said.
“The students find you terrifying,” Harry agreed. “I’m shit with discipline, but you raise one eyebrow and they fall in line, or so I often overhear while paroling the halls after curfew.”
“You still do rounds in your invisibility cloak?” Draco asked, bobbing gently in the warm air currents over the trees. “I thought McGonagall had you stop.”
“She never expressly forbade it,” Harry said, letting the wind ruffle his hair and hoping his smirk was cute. “And how else do I ‘accidentally’ meet kids in just the right spot at the right time?”
